Paviliuspinnacle Properties Private Limited is based in Nashik, up on the fourth floor of Rushiraj Regency. We are in office number 401. It’s right near Vidya Vikas Circle on Gangapur Road, which is a pretty well-known spot. The view from the window is mostly just the road and other buildings, but it gives us a good sense of how the city is moving. Nashik has a certain pace to it that isn't as fast as Mumbai but still keeps you on your toes. We spend a lot of our time in the office going through legal papers and property maps. The office itself is quite plain. We have some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out everything we are working on. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a decent workout, I suppose. We don’t go for any of that high-end corporate talk. We are just a group of people working in the property market. We have our good days and our bad ones, especially when the weather is gloomy or when a deal doesn't go through like we expected. But we just keep showing up at Gangapur Road every morning. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the local property news.
