Panipat Geosynthetics

We are located right off the Nagpur-Mumbai Highway at Plot No. 127/3 in Village Sanvatsar. It’s a bit of a drive out here in Taluka Kopargaon, but being near the highway makes it easier for the trucks to come and go. The yard can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up, which is most days. Panipat Geosynthetics is basically a place where we handle a lot of heavy material. It isn't a quiet office environment. You can usually hear the sound of the road and the machines moving things around. We spend a lot of our time outside or in the warehouse area checking on the stock. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. The walls are mostly bare except for some old calendars and a few clipboards. The staff here are mostly local people from the village or nearby towns. We all know each other well and we just get on with the job. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small break room. We don’t have fancy catering or anything like that. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when the ground gets muddy, but we just deal with it. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t spend time on big speeches. If there is work to do, we just go out and do it until it’s finished. That’s how life is out here on the highway.
