Larsen & Toubro

We’ve been working out of this spot in Mahesh Vihar for some time now. Most of us here at Larsen & Toubro in Nashik know the area well, especially around Shivajinagar and Jail-Road. It’s a busy place, so there is always something going on just outside the door. Most of the folks who work in this office live close by too. It makes the commute a lot easier, though the traffic can get a bit much during the evenings when everyone is heading home. Our office isn't anything fancy or polished. It’s just where we get our daily tasks done and handle the local coordination. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and keep going with whatever doesn't need a computer. You might see us grabbing tea at the corner shop in the afternoons. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which helps when we need to focus on all the paperwork. We keep things pretty simple here. There isn't a lot of fuss or corporate talk. We just show up, do what needs to get done for the day, and then head back to our families. Shivajinagar has changed a lot since we first started, with more shops popping up all the time. We’ve stayed right here in Mahesh Vihar (17), though. It’s a solid location for us. Being near the jail road means people know where to find us. We try to keep the place tidy, but it gets cluttered with gear.
