Rrl ( Epc Division )

We are based over in Nasik, working under the Rrl ( Epc Division ). Our office is a pretty functional place where we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and project schedules. Nasik is a good city for this kind of work because there’s always something being built or improved. We don't have a very large office, just enough room for the engineers and the admin staff to sit and get their work done. It’s mostly filled with rolls of drawings and a few old computers that have seen better days. We don't go in for anything fancy or corporate-looking. The walls are plain, and the furniture is just there to be used. Most of our time is spent coordinating with sites and making sure the materials are where they need to be. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking off lists. The team here is a small group of people who just want to get the job finished correctly. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news or how the traffic is getting worse in the city. There isn't any big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the engineering work, and try to make sure the projects stay on schedule. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we value getting things right over looking polished. That’s just how we’ve always done it here.
