Pandurang Buildcon Private Limited

Pandurang Buildcon Private Limited has been based in the Nashik area for a while now. Our office at N41 Acd 17-14 is where everything happens, right in the 4th Scheme of CIDCO. It is not a fancy place, just a regular workspace with desks piled with blueprints and some dusty site boots kept in the corner. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it. Most mornings start with some tea and a quick talk about what needs doing at the construction sites today. We handle things as they come. Building things is messy work, and we spend much more time out in the sun than behind these desks. The neighborhood here is mostly quiet, but you get the usual traffic noise from the main road nearby. We know the people around here, and they know where to find us if they need something sorted out. It is just a few of us running the show, making sure the materials are ordered and the workers show up on time. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. Last monsoon was a bit tough with the rain delays, but that is just how it goes in this business. We keep at it, day after day, trying to stay organized while dealing with all the paperwork that comes with working in Nashik.
