Om Bricks

You’ll find Om Bricks tucked away at Plot No.902 in the Sushmita Housing Society. We are located in Chetana Nagar, right behind Bhagwati Gas. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we try to be mindful of the neighbors while we work. Making bricks in a place like this means we have to be organized with our space. The plot isn't huge, but we make it work by stacking things carefully. Every day involves a lot of lifting and checking the kilns. We don't have any big corporate office; it’s just the yard and a small shed for our tools. People in Chetana Nagar know us as the guys who are always covered in red dust. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just walking by or hearing about us from someone else in the housing society. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the trucks are delivering fuel or picking up a load. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we have enough bricks ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, and we have to wait for things to dry, but that's just the way it is with this kind of work. We aren't here to make big claims. We just work at Plot 902 and get things done for the local community.
