Kshipij Fly Ash Brick is located at Gat No-6/03 along Ojhar Road. It is a straightforward place where we spend our days making and moving bricks. The road can get pretty busy with people heading in and out of town, but we stay focused on what is happening inside the gate. There is always a lot of dust because of the materials we use, so everything has a bit of a grey tint to it. We don't have a big office or anything polished. Usually, we are just wearing our work clothes and drinking tea between loads. Being at Gat No-6/03 means we have enough room to keep a good amount of stock ready. We don't spend any time on fancy talk or trying to impress people with slogans. If someone needs bricks, they just pull over on Ojhar Road and talk to us. We have been here for a while now, and we know how the ground feels under our boots after a long day. The sun can be quite brutal on this stretch of road, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early if we can. It is a basic operation, but it keeps us busy and provides for our families. We just keep the machinery running and the piles growing. That is all there is to it really, just a day's work for a day's pay.
