NIVRUTTI R GADAKH INFRASTRUCTURE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Shop No-01 in Shivdarshan Apartment. We are located in the Hanumanwadi area of Panchvati. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for us to load and unload gear when we need to. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of project binders and some old computers that still do the job. We don’t really bother with expensive decor or anything like that because we’d rather spend that on the actual work we do. Most of our days are spent coordinating with teams out in the field. Hanumanwadi has a nice feel to it, and we know many of the other shop owners on this block. There’s a tea stall nearby where we get our mid-day break. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the apartment residents are coming and going, so there’s a bit of neighborhood chatter around the entrance. We like being part of a residential building because it feels more grounded. It’s a plain, functional space where we handle all our infrastructure planning and billing. Nothing fancy, just us working through the daily list of tasks in Panchvati.
