LOCHAN BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Lochan Buildcon is based out of Malegaon in the Nashik district. Our office is right there on M.F. Road, specifically at Sangmeshwar, 743/1 + B1. If you know the area, it is a pretty active part of town. Malegaon has its own rhythm and we are right in the middle of it. Being an OPC means it is a smaller setup but that does not mean there is less work. There is always something to do with building and construction. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and people from the neighborhood. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and notes scattered around on the desks. We use the 423203 zip code for all our mail. It gets quite warm here in the afternoons so we usually get the heavy thinking done in the mornings. People around here know us as the folks who are always busy with some project or another on the M.F. Road side. We are not trying to be some giant corporation. We just like building things and seeing them stand up. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if a project is behind. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right in our corner of Nashik. We don't have time for anything flashy, just the building work.
