You can find Bramhecha Exports & Imports right in the middle of the Market Yard in Lasalgaon. If you know this area, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the trucks and loaders moving around. We are right there in the thick of it. Every day is different depending on what’s coming in from the local farms. Lasalgaon is famous for its markets, and we’ve been part of this landscape for a good bit. We handle the exporting and importing side of things, mostly dealing with what's available in the yard. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the quality of the goods. Our office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space with some desks and a lot of ledgers. It gets dusty because of all the activity outside, but that’s just how it is here. We don't use fancy software for everything, sometimes a pen and paper still work best for us. The morning tea break is usually when we catch up on the news of the yard. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us trying to make sure the shipments go out on time. The noise of the market is constant, but we’ve grown used to it. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working right where the produce is. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. It's a lot of work but it's what we know.
