Krishita Developers LLP operates out of Flat No. 19 B in the Nirman Garden View Apartments. We are located in the Vise Mala area of Nashik. It is more of a residential setting for an office, which actually suits us quite well. It feels a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. We have got a view of the surrounding neighborhood, though it is mostly just other buildings and some trees. Being in Nashik, the pace of life is a bit slower than the big metros, but we still have plenty of work to keep us occupied. We use the flat to manage our development projects, so there are usually blueprints spread out on the dining table and files stacked in the corner. It is a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is here, but we make it work. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. People usually just know where to find us through referrals. We focus on our local projects and try to make sure everything is built right. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the workers and the suppliers. We do not use any fancy marketing talk or try to impress anyone with big words. We just tell people what we are doing and how long it is going to take. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent just making sure the next phase of construction is ready to go.
