K K Infrabuild Llp is located right in the heart of Cidco, over at Sector 4 in the Aaryaw building. We use Flat 201 in Wing C as our main base of operations. Nashik is growing fast, and being part of that growth is something we deal with every single day. We don’t have a massive storefront or anything like that. It’s a bit more personal, working out of the office here. Usually, you’ll find one of us sorting through plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. Building things in this area requires a lot of patience because the rules change and the sites can be tricky. We spend a lot of time out on the actual plots, not just sitting behind a desk. It's hard work, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned on the first try, but we figure it out. That's just the reality of construction and infrastructure. We handle various tasks around the city, and since we're local to Cidco, we know the shortcuts and the local suppliers well. If someone stops by the flat, they might find us in the middle of a busy morning, but we always make time to talk about the next steps for a job. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their friends about us. The elevator in Wing C is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s a modest setup.
