Our place is located at Plot No. 8 in Jaiprakash Nagar. It’s in the Somalwada area, right near Wardha Road in Nagpur. Being close to the main road is helpful because it makes it easier for people to find us and for us to get to different sites. It’s a decent-sized plot where we manage our day-to-day tasks. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough to actually get work done. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the area around Wardha Road grow quite a lot. It’s becoming a busy hub. Our setup is pretty basic—we have what we need to plan out structures and keep the books in order. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the projects that come our way and try to do a solid job on them. Usually, if you stop by, you’ll find a couple of us hunched over drawings or talking on the phone with suppliers. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. Somalwada is a good neighborhood, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s not a polished corporate office, but it serves its purpose well. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. It's just how we operate every single day.
