JAIKUMAR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED

Jaikumar Constructions Limited has its main setup over at Parksyde Homes in Nashik. We are located at S. No. 256(P), which is right across the street from Rasbihari International School. If you are in the Hanuman Nagar or Panchavati Annex area, you probably know where that is because the school traffic gets pretty heavy in the mornings and afternoons. Being part of the Parksyde Homes complex means we are right where the action is for our construction work. Nashik is a bit more spread out than Mumbai, so having this spot in the 422003 zip code area works well for us. We spend a lot of our time between the office desk and the actual sites nearby. The office is pretty functional with just the basic stuff we need to manage our projects. Sometimes we see the parents waiting for their kids at Rasbihari while we are coming in for the day. It’s a decent neighborhood and has grown a lot in the last few years with more houses coming up. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just keeping track of the building schedules and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It is a busy place but the atmosphere in Panchavati Annex is still a bit calmer than the main city center. We just focus on the work at hand and keep things running.
