Grace Townships Llp

We run Grace Townships Llp from Bunglow No. B09 in the Dakshin Vihar area of Kanchanwadi. It’s a bit different than being in a high-rise office building because we are tucked away at S. No. 121/P. Being in a bungalow gives us a bit more room to breathe and store our equipment. Kanchanwadi is a growing spot, and we like being part of the local community here. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local roads and the people. We don't use any of those polished marketing phrases you see on TV. We are just a group of people working on township projects and trying to make sure things get done properly. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints spread out on the dining table or the living room floor. That’s just how we work. We spend a lot of time visiting the sites nearby to check on the progress. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination, and it’s not always glamorous. We don't have a dedicated sales team; we usually just talk to people ourselves when they come by the bungalow. We are always straight with folks about what we’re doing and when it will be finished. It’s a simple operation, really. We focus on the building part and leave the fancy talk to others. If you’re in Dakshin Vihar, you can’t miss our place. It’s a nice enough area to work in.
