We have been operating out of B - 120 in the MIDC Musalgaon area for a good while now. It is a busy spot with lots of factories around us and the noise of trucks coming and going is pretty much the background music to our day. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a solid place where we get our work done. Most of us here at Franco-Indian Remedies Pvt.Ltd. have been around for years so we know the routine inside out. We spend a lot of time checking on batches and making sure things are moving like they should. It gets quite hot in the afternoons during the summer months but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The walk from the main gate to our unit is a bit of a stretch but it is good for a little fresh air before the shift starts. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood or back home. It is just a normal workplace with people who care about doing a decent job and getting things out on time. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that because we prefer to put our energy into the actual work we do in the back. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit but we have learned how to deal with that over the years without making a big fuss about it.
