Our office is located in Bag-E-Mahefooz, right near the Malegaon High School. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives around Plot No. 98/B. Fareha Builders and Designers is a small team. We do a bit of everything, from the initial drawings to the actual building work. Being near the school means it gets quite loud during the day, but we don’t mind the energy. We’re not a fancy design firm with a glass office. We’re just local people who know how to put a house together. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and clients about what they need. There’s no corporate talk here; we just use plain English and try to be clear about costs and timing. Some days are better than others, especially when materials are hard to find in Nashik, but we always figure it out. We’ve been part of this community for a while and like seeing the new houses go up on S.NO. 165. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but we stay on site until it’s right. We just want to do decent work for the people in Malegaon without any extra fuss or unnecessary promises. It is a simple business where we focus on the bricks and mortar rather than the fancy talk. Most of our time is spent out on the dirt anyway, making sure the foundations are solid.
