Our place is in Nashik, specifically at Nayantara Hills. We are in units A 802 and 804. It’s pretty close to Mico Circle and Sanchar Bhavan, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. East West Properties & Developers Llp is just a local business we started to get into the property scene here. We do a mix of things related to land and building. Some days it’s all paperwork and meetings, and other days we’re out on the dusty sites. Nashik is growing a lot, so there’s always something happening. We aren't a big, polished company. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living and build some decent stuff. We like being near Mico Circle because it’s a central spot. Our office at Nayantara Hills is where we do all our planning. It’s a bit of a trek up to the eighth floor sometimes when the lift is slow, but the view of the city is alright. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just look at what needs to be built and try to figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It’s a lot of phone calls to workers and checking on material deliveries. We’re just regular people working in the Nashik real estate world, trying to keep things moving and get the projects finished.
