You can find us at Flat No 10 in the Acharya Anand Rushisankul building, right near the Jain Bhuvan. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We have the main room set up with a couple of big tables for our construction plans and some smaller desks for the computer work. The walls are a bit bare, mostly just some maps of the local area pinned up with thumb tacks. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just a small plate on the door. It’s usually just the three or four of us here, unless some of the site guys come in to report. The balcony is used mostly for storing extra site helmets and some rolls of wire. It gets a nice breeze in the afternoon if we leave the door open. We tend to eat our lunch together at the big table. The building is older, so the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we’ve learned how to deal with it. It’s a quiet place to focus on the numbers and the scheduling. We don't do much marketing or anything; people usually find us because they know someone who worked with us before. It’s a straightforward way to run a construction business in this part of town.
