Deore Builders And Developers Privatelimited is based in Nashik. Our main office is over at Rushiraj Builders on College Road, specifically Flat 8 in Krushi Nagar. College Road is a pretty well-known area around here, usually quite lively with students and shops. We’ve been working from this spot for a while. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of site visits and checking on how our building projects are coming along. We aren't a huge team with fancy titles. We are just a few people who enjoy the process of building things from the ground up. Nashik has a good feel to it, not as rushed as Mumbai, but still busy enough to keep us on our toes. We have a lot of folders full of plans and a coffee machine that barely works, but it gets us through the mornings. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the weather or material shortages, which is just part of the construction life. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from someone else in town. It’s a simple way of working, but it has served us well so far. We just try to do our job and go home at the end of the day. Our desks are usually a mess of blue prints and half-empty water bottles.
