Our days are filled with checking on material costs and making sure the workers at the sites have what they need. Sometimes the neighbors in the residency pop by to say hello or ask us about the work we are doing. We keep a pretty casual atmosphere here. You won't see many people in ties. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts because we are often heading out to look at sites anyway. The flat gets a lot of sunlight in the morning which is nice. We have been operating from this spot for a while now and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized without making things too complicated.
