We are located over at Hundiwalalane in Yeola, which is a busy little area in Nashik. If you know CS 2430, that is where our main office sits. C D PATNI BUILDCON LLP is basically a group of us who handle local building projects. It is not some big fancy operation with hundreds of offices, just us working here in the district. Most days are spent looking at sites or talking to the guys who do the heavy lifting. We deal with bricks, cement, and all the usual mess that comes with construction work. Sometimes the weather in Maharashtra makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon hits and the ground gets all muddy, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Our setup is pretty simple. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have a question about a project. We have been at this address for a bit now and it suits us fine. The lane can get crowded during the day but that is just part of being in this part of town. We are not into big speeches or trying to impress anyone with words. We just focus on the building part and making sure the structures stand up like they are supposed to.
