We run BR Bhadane & Shree Construction Private Limited out of Nashik. Specifically, we are over in Deopur at Plot Number 6 in Satsang Colony. It's a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center. We’ve been working in construction for some time now. It’s basically just us and a small team trying to get things built without too much fuss. Building houses or whatever else comes up takes a lot of coordination. You spend half your day on the phone and the other half driving around to different spots. We keep our office pretty simple. It’s mostly just where we keep the tools and the papers that need signing. Nashik is growing fast, and we see new things going up everywhere in Deopur. We try to do our part in that. It’s not always pretty work. There's a lot of mud, heavy lifting, and arguing over delivery times for sand and cement. That’s just the nature of the business though. We don't have some big philosophy about it. We just look at the plans and try to follow them as best as we can. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them ourselves. That's life. We’re local people living here and working here. If you are near S No. 37/9, you might see us coming and going. We keep busy, and that’s how we like it. We aren't fancy, just very practical about how we get things done every day.
