Borse Buildcon Private Limited

We are based over at House Number 334/49 in Upendra Nagar, right here in Nashik. It is a bit of a quiet spot in Mbad, but we like it that way because we can actually get things done without too much noise from the main roads. Borse Buildcon Private Limited has been running out of this space for some time now. Most days it is just a few of us sitting around desks covered in site maps and dusty files from the latest projects. Nashik is growing fast, and we see it happening every time we step outside the door. The address is 422001 if you are looking on a map, but most locals just know the area as Upendra Nagar. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the guys on the ground. Sometimes the tea lady comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get stressful. We try to keep things simple here. There is no need for big speeches or corporate talk when you are just trying to make sure the concrete shows up on time and the workers are doing okay. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules, really. If you come by, you’ll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked outside and some old boots by the door. That is just how we work.
