BLUEGRASS PROPERTIES LLP

Our office is located in Rushiraj Regency on Gangapur Road in Nashik. We are on the fourth floor, in Office 401. It is right near Vidya Vikas Circle, which is always busy with traffic and people moving around. We deal with properties and real estate stuff. It is a lot of paperwork and meeting people to talk about land or different buildings. Nashik is growing fast, and there is always something new happening on this side of town. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving around to different sites to check on things. It is not a glamorous job, despite what some people might think. There is a lot of back and forth with legalities and permissions that take a long time. We try to keep things as straightforward as we can. Our team is small, and we have worked together for a long time now. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or any fancy lobby. It is just us in the office, usually with maps and files spread out across every available surface. We know the Gangapur Road area very well because we are here every day. Sometimes the market is up and sometimes it is down, but we just keep doing our thing. Bluegrass Properties is just a local business trying to help people find the right space. It is practical work and it definitely keeps us on our toes all week long.
