Bhavali Developers is located at office number twenty-five in the Vitthal Charani Apartments on College Road. This area is always full of life because of the colleges nearby. There are always students walking around and plenty of traffic. Our office is a small space where we manage our development projects. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors or looking over site plans. We have a lot of files piled up and sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot on the desk. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and make sure the buildings we are working on are solid. Being on College Road means we are easy to find, which is good for people who want to drop by. We spend a lot of time on the phone, too. There are always questions about permits or materials that need answering. It’s a lot of small details that you have to watch out for. We’ve been in this office for some time and we like the neighborhood. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next step of whatever project we have going on at the moment. It keeps us busy enough.
