We are based in Flat Number 17 at the Pancham Co-op Society in Nashik. It’s in the Vise Mala area, specifically J B Nagar. Our setup is pretty simple. It’s an apartment we use for our office work, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means there is always a lot of technical talk around the office. We spend a good chunk of our time checking on site progress and making sure the engineering side of things is actually working. Nashik is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built. It keeps us on our toes. We aren't really into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We mostly just work with people who already know us or who heard about us from someone else. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the dining table we use for meetings, but we find what we need eventually. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We just do the technical work and hope the weather stays clear so we can finish the projects on time. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we have been doing this long enough to not let it get to us. It is just about showing up every day and doing what needs doing.
