You can find us at Ashoka House, which is located on Ashoka Marg at S. No. 861. We operate as Abl Indira Projects, which is a joint venture. It is a place where we bring together different ideas to get these projects off the ground. The office here is pretty functional. We have a few rooms where we meet to discuss the schedules and the budgets. It is not the kind of place you see in a magazine. It is a real working office with files everywhere and coffee stains on the desks. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different teams to make sure everyone is on the same page. Ashoka Marg is a good location for us because it is easy for people to find. We do not really believe in using corporate jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building things is about practical solutions and making sure the materials are there when you need them. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems that pop up on the sites. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, but we have a good rhythm going. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy the process of seeing a project through from the start to the end. No frills, just honest work done by local people who know the business.
