Our place is called Vitraag Bunglow, located in Gopal Nagar, right in the Deolali area of Nashik. It is situated at Sr. No. 40/7/1, near the Artillery center. Working out of a bungalow feels a lot more comfortable than being stuck in a cramped office building in the middle of a crowded city. We have a bit of space here in Gopal Nagar, and it is a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the main Nashik markets. We have been doing building and development work for a good while now, and this house serves as our main base for everything. There is always someone coming by to drop off materials or talk about a new site. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards where we store all our construction documents and site photos. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't worry much about fancy decor or looking like a big firm. We are just local people who know the Nashik and Deolali roads well. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders near the gate while we are loading up the jeep to head out to a project. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We handle the building side of things and deal with the local authorities when needed. Our focus is just on getting the masonry and the plumbing right on whatever project is currently on the schedule. It is honest work and we like being part of the local community here.
