The National Institute Of Nursing And Paramedical Science is situated on the Main Road in Chandi, which is part of the Nalanda district. It’s a very practical place because of what we do here. You’ll see students in their uniforms all the time, heading to different labs or sitting in the classrooms. Because we are right on the main road, there’s always something happening outside with the traffic, but inside we try to keep things focused on the medical training. It’s not a fancy setup, just some good rooms, equipment for practice, and desks for the lectures. We have a lot of local people on staff who know the Nalanda area well and have been here for years. We spend our days making sure the students are learning their procedures correctly and that the supplies are stocked up. It’s the kind of work that doesn’t leave much time for sitting around. Chandi is a busy spot, and we fit right into that local flow. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they know someone who came here or they see us when they’re passing by on the road. We just open the doors every morning and get to work teaching the next group of health workers. It’s honest, busy work that keeps us all occupied from morning till night, and we’re fine with that. It’s just how we operate here in Nalanda.
