We are a group of farmers here in Bela Parsa. Om Prakash Verma’s place is where we handle things. It started because we wanted to do things together instead of alone. Agriculture is hard work. We deal with seeds, crops, and the usual field stuff. Sometimes the weather is okay, sometimes it isn't. We just try to get the work done. The village life is quiet but busy during harvest. We aren't a big city office, just some folks working the land. It’s mostly about making sure the crops grow and we get a fair shake. We spend a lot of time talking about soil and what needs planting next. It's nothing fancy. Just Mjs Farmer'S Producer Company Limited. We are located right there in Bibiplir. People know us around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the farming. If you come by Bela Parsa, you'll see how we work. It's a lot of manual labor and long hours. But that's what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being a producer company means we work for ourselves and our families. It’s a group effort. We share the equipment and the chores when needed. It keeps the community together. That's the main thing for us. We look at the sky a lot and hope for rain when it's dry. That's just how it goes for us.
