Yashwantpur Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our company is located in Yashwantpur village. We are part of the Rukhai post office area and the Chandi police station in Nalanda district. We are a producer company made up of local farmers from this very soil. Nalanda has always been known for its agriculture, and we are just continuing that tradition in a more organized way. We got together because selling our crops individually was getting harder every year. Now, we pull our resources together to buy what we need and sell what we grow. Our meetings are usually held in the village, where we discuss the weather, the water levels, and the market rates. It’s a very hands-on business. There are no suits or ties here; we are usually in our work clothes straight from the fields. We grow a variety of crops depending on what the season allows. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes it's a struggle, but that's just farming life. We don't have a big marketing team. Our reputation is built on the quality of the grain and vegetables we produce together. Being in Yashwantpur means we are close to our roots. We want to make sure the next generation also sees a future in farming. It’s a group where everyone has a say. We are just simple people trying to make the most of our land in Nalanda through honest hard work.
