Jaycees Public School

Our school sits on Gangapur Road in Rudrapur. It is a big enough spot with plenty of room for the kids to move around. Being in a place like Rudrapur, we get a mix of students from many different backgrounds. The school day starts early, and the road outside gets pretty busy with people heading to work and kids coming here. We have a lot of classrooms, and they all have that typical school smell of chalk and old paper. The playground is where most of the action happens during the afternoon break. We have some trees around the perimeter that give a bit of shade when it is sunny. It is a very straightforward setup. We follow the standard curriculum and make sure the students do their homework every day. The staff here has been around for years, so we know the routine inside out. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows and keep going with the lesson. It is not always perfect, but we make it work for everyone involved. Parents come by the office to pay fees or talk about their children’s grades. We handle it all right here at the R2 location. It is a local school for local people, and we do not try to be anything else. Just a place for education and a bit of discipline for the kids in the neighborhood who need a place to learn.
