We are located in Ganesh Colony, which is right near the Khwajamiya Darga Chowk. It is a lively area with a lot of history and plenty of people walking by at all hours. Our shop is a busy little spot where we handle all our food business. We spend a lot of our time dealing with crates and checking the stock that comes in every morning. Being near the Darga Chowk means we get to see the local life unfolding right outside our door. It is noisy and sometimes dusty, but that is the reality of being in this part of town. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. Often, you will find us drinking tea and going over the day's tasks before the rush starts. We have been in Ganesh Colony for some time and we know most of the people on the street. It is the kind of place where everyone says hello. Our work is not complicated, but it takes a lot of time to get everything right. We make sure the food items are handled carefully and that nothing sits on the shelf for too long. It is just about keeping things moving and staying on top of the orders. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look, we just focus on the work.
