A. V. Engineers

A. V. Engineers is located in the Everest Nand Apartment building. We are in Flat Number 202 on Plot Number 14. This is in Rajendra Nagar, which is right opposite the Hingna Naka. It’s a bit unusual having an engineering office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We have turned the living room into a workspace with a couple of big drafting tables and some computers. The kitchen is mostly just for making tea and coffee now. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the traffic at Hingna Naka. It can be quite noisy with all the trucks and buses stopping there, but you stop noticing it after a while. Rajendra Nagar is a good area to be in. We have a lot of files and old projects tucked away in the closets. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we are just sitting around in our chairs arguing about a design or checking some measurements. The neighbors in Everest Nand are used to us by now. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and we don't have to deal with the overhead of a big factory or a high-rise office. It’s just us doing our engineering work in a flat.
