We do engineering work, which means a lot of technical drawings and looking at mechanical problems. The office is often full of the sound of people discussing projects or the hum of computers. It’s a practical environment. We don't have much time for fluff. Being near the Ringroad makes it convenient for us to get around to different sites when we need to. We have been in this part of Nagpur for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a lot of industry here and we are just one part of that. Our team is small but we know our stuff when it comes to engineering. It’s not always pretty work—sometimes we are out in the heat or dealing with greasy parts—but it’s what we do. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available.
