Trio Cafe & Brunch

We have been running Trio Cafe & Brunch for a while now over here in Ravi Nagar. Being right in the Mohini Complex, we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. Since we are basically on the Raisoni College Campus, it stays pretty loud and busy with students most of the time. The mornings are usually the most hectic part of our day because everyone is rushing to get something before their classes start. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up tables and making sure there is enough milk and coffee beans ready to go. It is not a fancy place or anything like that, just a regular spot where you can sit down for a bit. Some days the weather gets really hot and the fans just barely keep up, but we stay open regardless. We have grown used to the rhythm of the campus bells and the sound of traffic nearby. It’s just how things are here. We open up early and don't really head home until the sun is well down and the complex starts to get quiet. Most of the people who come in are regulars, so we recognize a lot of faces, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. There is always something that needs fixing or a floor that needs another sweep, so it keeps us on our feet throughout the shift without much of a break.
