Tribind Organic Farms Private Limited

We’re over at Bhudha Nagar in Nagpur, specifically at Omkar Co Op H S, Plot No 3. It’s a simple spot where we handle everything for Tribind Organic Farms. We aren't out in the middle of a field; this is where the administrative side of the farming business happens. We’ve got a small space that’s usually filled with the smell of tea and old paper. The city of Nagpur can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working while we go through our records. It’s a small group of us here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just have some sturdy chairs and a few desks. Most of our day is spent coordinating with the farms and making sure the transport is on time. The 440017 area is where we’ve been for a while now. We know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It feels like a community. We don’t have a formal dress code. If someone comes by, they’ll see us in our everyday clothes, probably looking a bit tired but still working. We don't have a lot of rules, just that the work needs to get done properly. It’s a practical way to run a business. We care about the organic side of things because it’s what we know. We just take it one day at a time here and see what needs doing.
