Ashoka Agricultural Store

Ashoka Agricultural Store is located at Shop No. 4 in the Rathod Complex, out in the Wankhede Layout. We are right near the Leelavati Blood Bank, which is the easiest way to find us if you’re new to the area. We sell things that farmers and gardeners need. This means seeds, basic tools, and sometimes fertilizers or advice on what to plant when. We aren't a big supermarket. It’s a small shop where you can actually talk to someone. We know a lot about the local soil and what grows well around here because we live here too. The floor usually has a bit of dirt on it from the boots of people coming in from the fields. We don't mind. It shows people are working. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people who come in get the right stuff for their crops. If we don't have something, we usually know who does. The layout is quiet compared to the main town, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time chatting with customers about the weather and the harvests. It’s a slow-paced but steady kind of business. We’ve been here in Rathod Complex for a good while, helping the local community grow their food. It’s honest, down-to-earth work that depends on the seasons more than anything else. We try to keep the prices sensible so folks can afford what they need to plant.
