The Resource

In the Katol area of Maharashtra, we have our small setup called The Resource. You can find us at House Number 250 in Anant Nagar. We are tucked away behind the Police Line Takalai, and if you’re looking for a landmark, we are right near Priyanka Provision store. It’s a very local neighborhood feel here in 440013. We operate out of a house, which makes the whole work environment feel very relaxed and grounded. There isn't any corporate polish here; it’s just a few of us working in a room that we’ve converted into an office space. We deal with various resources and placements, mostly helping people in the nearby areas find work that fits them. Our day starts fairly early, and we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze since the Nagpur heat can be quite something. You’ll often hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people shopping at Priyanka Provision—while we are on the phone. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing department. Most people just hear about us from their friends or neighbors and stop by to see if we can help them out. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and go through the tasks we have for the day. It’s practical work for real people, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than that to anyone.
