We are Head Recruitment Services, and you can find us in Nagpur. We're situated at Plot No 5 in the Shrirang Apartment, which is in Laxmi Nagar. Laxmi Nagar is a well-known area around here, pretty central and easy to get to for most people. We work in recruitment, so our whole day revolves around finding jobs for people and looking for workers for companies. It’s a lot of sorting through names and making sure everyone is happy with the match. The office is in a regular apartment building, not a big corporate center, so it feels very grounded. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us working together in the rooms. Sometimes the office is full of people coming for interviews, and other times it’s just us catching up on emails and phone calls. Shrirang Apartment is a sturdy building that has been here a long time. We’ve been here on Plot 5 for a while now. We don't use any fancy software to pick people; we just talk to them and see if they seem like a good fit for the role. It’s more about the human side of things for us than just checking boxes. Nagpur is a good place to be for this kind of work because people are generally hardworking here. We just try to do our bit to keep everyone employed. It’s a simple goal but it definitely keeps us busy every single day.
