Career Avenue (I) Pvt Ltd.

We operate out of Nagpur, specifically working with Anand Tabhane over here. Career Avenue has been around the Maharashtra area for a while now. We aren't one of those big recruitment firms with skyscrapers and glass walls. We're more of a local setup. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who really need jobs. It can be a bit tiring because everyone is looking for something different. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we can sit down and have a real conversation. Nagpur is a good place to be, even if it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. We mostly help people figure out where they might fit in the working world. It's not always easy, and sometimes we don't have the answers right away. We use our local connections to see what's available. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls and checking the mail. We don't have any scripted lines to tell people. We just tell them what we know. If a job is open, we let them know. If it isn't, we don't sugarcoat it. Being a small team means we all do a bit of everything. One day I'm filing papers, and the next I'm interviewing someone for a factory position. It’s just how things go around here. We like the work though. It feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We just keep plugging away, day after day.
