We are based out of Katol Road in Nagpur, specifically inside Manjidhana Colony. Global Innovsource Solutions is the name on the door of Flat 302 in KC Apartment. It’s a residential building, so it feels quite cozy compared to those big business parks. We moved in here because it was easier for everyone to reach. The colony is nice and green, though the road outside can get a bit hectic during the day. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. One room is for the computers, another for the files, and the main area is where we usually sit and talk. It’s nothing too special to look at. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, there are papers everywhere. My team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't really follow a strict dress code or anything. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just give a call first because we might be out at a site or running errands. The kitchen in the flat is where we make way too much tea. It keeps us going during those long afternoons. We like it here because it’s quiet enough to get things done without the noise of the city center constantly in our ears.
