We are based in Nagpur, right in the Medical Colony area near Bhagwan Nagar. It’s a decent spot, though it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is a simple place where we manage security and guardian services. We have a few desks and a lot of logbooks. People think this kind of work is all about action, but mostly it is about scheduling people and making sure everyone shows up for their shifts. We talk to a lot of guards and clients throughout the day. The office door is usually open to let some air in, and you can hear the birds and the occasional scooter passing by outside. It is not a shiny corporate headquarters. The paint is peeling a bit near the ceiling and the furniture has seen better days. We have a small staff who knows the local area well. Most of us have lived in Nagpur our whole lives. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of things are still written down on paper because it’s faster that way. When the afternoon sun hits the windows, we usually close the curtains and just keep working through the heat. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the properties we look after are safe and the staff is doing what they need to do. It is a plain and honest way to make a living here.
