Tanuj biryani center

We’ve been running Tanuj biryani center here on Zilha road for quite a while now. If you know Nagpur, you know this part of town stays pretty busy. We are right near the Bata showroom, so people usually find us easily when they’re out shopping or just passing through. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our mornings getting the rice and meat ready. There is always a lot of chopping and cleaning to do before the lunch crowd shows up. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how Zilha road is. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a place to sit and eat. My brother and I handle most of the work. We see the same faces every week, mostly folks working nearby or living in the neighborhood. Some days are faster than others. When the weather gets hot in Nagpur, the kitchen feels even hotter, but we just keep going. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local market area. You just walk past the Bata shop and you'll see our sign. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a local spot where you can get your meal and head back to work. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us by name now. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us here.
