Suswaad Catering Services Llp is located over at 49 Shashtri Layout on Jaitala Road. Nagpur is a big city, but our part of it feels a bit more like a community. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. Catering is a tough job; it means early mornings and very late nights, especially when there is a big wedding or a local event. Our kitchen is always busy, and there’s usually a stack of large pots waiting to be scrubbed. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s more about stainless steel tables and big bags of onions. We chose Jaitala Road because it’s easy for us to get around the city from here. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur gets to be a bit much, especially when the stoves are all going at once. We don't use any big slogans. We just cook the food and hope people enjoy their meals. It’s a family-run feel, even if we are registered as an LLP. We know most of our regular suppliers by name, and we usually have tea with them when they drop off the vegetables. There’s no big secret to what we do. It’s just a lot of chopping, stirring, and making sure the salt is right before the food leaves our door. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without much fuss.
