We are out here on Bhandara Road, right near the Umiya Industrial Estate in Kapsi Khurd. If you ever drive past, you might catch the smell of spices in the air long before you see the gate. Suruchi Spices Pvt. Ltd has been running from this spot for a long time. The facility at 55/1 is always busy with trucks coming in and out, bringing raw materials or taking finished packs away. It’s a big space but it feels small when everyone is working during the peak season. The workers here have been with us for years, many from the local area. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially when the grinding machines are going full tilt. We don't spend much time in fancy offices. Most of us are on the floor or in the warehouse checking the bags. Nagpur weather can be tough, especially in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We mostly handle local distribution and some further away stuff too. The break room is where you’ll find everyone sitting around with tea, talking about the heat or the latest cricket score. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we know. We just focus on keeping the machines clean and the spices moving. There’s no big secret to what we do, just a lot of manual labor and making sure the jars are filled correctly before they head out the door. It's just a regular factory day for us.
