Fusion Of Spices

We are over at Plot No 512 in the Kamal Chowk area of Nagpur. Fusion Of Spices is right in Gurunank Pura, just opposite the Kamal Talkies. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so it makes finding us a bit easier. The area is usually full of life, especially in the evenings when people are out for movies. We’ve been here for a while and have seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. The restaurant isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Most days I am there from the morning until we close up late at night. It’s mostly just me and a few helpers in the back. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just things we’ve learned over time. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the paint on the walls could use a touch-up, but we prioritize the kitchen. Being in 440017, we get a lot of locals who stop by on their way home. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing our sign when they pass Kamal Chowk. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just want to provide a place where you can get some food without any fuss or high prices. We don't have much of a wait area, so people sometimes stand outside chatting. It makes the street feel quite active.
