Surana Spices

Surana Spices is located at Plot No-2, right at Bothra Chowk in the New Lane area of Ganga Shahar. It’s a busy little spot, especially on market days. We deal with all sorts of spices here, mostly the stuff people use every day in their kitchens. The shop isn't fancy at all, just a solid place where we keep our stock and do our weighing. You can usually find one of us standing near the door talking to someone from the neighborhood. We moved into this spot in Ganga Shahar because it was convenient for the local transport. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with carts, which makes unloading a bit of a headache. We don’t spend money on big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they’ve been told where Bothra Chowk is. We spend a lot of time cleaning the seeds and making sure everything is dry before it goes into the bags. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands often end up stained from the spices. We don't mind it, though. It’s what we do. The New Lane is a good community to be in, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure we have enough stock for whoever walks in next. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No drama, just spices.
