Sunway Spa And Beauty is up on the first floor of Neev Malika Apartment. We are on Cement Road in Shivaji Nagar, right above the Indian Bank. It is a decent spot in Nagpur. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us at Plot No 199. Since we are above the bank, it stays a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level. We have a few rooms set up for different things, some for hair and some for the spa side of the business. The windows look out over the road, and you can see the traffic passing by all day. We try to keep the place feeling calm, maybe with a little incense or just by keeping the voices low. The staff here are just regular people from the city. We spend our time preparing the rooms and making sure everything is tidy. It is not one of those high-end luxury places, but we have the basic stuff like good chairs and clean towels. People come in when they have a little extra time on their hands. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so the indoor space is a nice break from the sun. We don't spend money on big ads. We just have our name on the board downstairs near the bank entrance. It is a steady business, and we are just here doing our thing every day, from opening until we lock up at night.
